Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly before the deadline. You can contact us at: mialyngbyedk@gmail.com

Returns must be sent – at your own expense – to the following address:

You must include your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Condition of the Item Upon Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, undamaged, and with original tags/packaging intact.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your choice of another delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have supplied documentation of having returned it – whichever comes first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The following items cannot be returned:

• Goods made to your specifications, clearly personalized or print-on-demand
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery
• Digital products and downloads, where the delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal
• Gift cards

Complaints and Defective Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at mialyngbyedk@gmail.com, so that we can resolve the issue in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Danish Sale of Goods Act.
