Shipping policy

At MiaLyngbye.com, we sell posters, art prints and other products as print-on-demand. This means that each order is produced especially for you through our partner Gelato, and then shipped directly to your address.

Production & Delivery Time

• Once you place an order, it goes directly into production with Gelato.
• The typical production time is 2–4 business days.
• Delivery time depends on your country and the shipping provider, but is usually 3–7 business days from dispatch.
• The total expected time from order to delivery is therefore normally 5–10 business days.

Shipping

• Shipping is handled by Gelato’s logistics partners (e.g., PostNord, GLS, DHL, etc.), depending on your location.
• Shipment might be divided into multiple deliveries.
• You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your package.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your order.

Delivery Area

• We deliver throughout Denmark

Unclaimed Packages

• If a package is not collected or is refused upon delivery, the actual shipping costs will be deducted before any potential refund is issued.

Damages or Production Errors

• If your product arrives damaged during transport, or if you receive a misprint, please contact us immediately at mialyngbyedk@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
• We will arrange for a replacement or another suitable solution.
