Products and Prices

We sell print-on-demand products, produced upon order and shipped directly from our printing partner.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Payment

We accept payment by:

Visa
MobilePay

Because our products are produced specifically for you (print-on-demand), payment is captured immediately after checkout.
This is necessary in order to begin production of your order.

According to Danish law, businesses may normally not capture payment before dispatch, but an exception applies to custom-made or specially produced products, such as ours. By placing an order, you agree that payment is captured right away so that production can begin.

Delivery and Delays

When you place an order, your product is produced on-demand and shipped directly from the print provider. Delivery times may vary.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive your product.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods produced specifically according to your personal choice or customization, if production has already started.
For our print-on-demand products, the right of withdrawal does not apply, as the product is produced specifically for the customer.

Returns

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal (where applicable), you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.
The product must be returned no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
We recommend using insured shipping with track & trace, as you are responsible for the package until it is received by us.
Returned products must be packaged securely to avoid damage during transport.

Refunds will be issued once we have received the product and confirmed that it is in acceptable condition. The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Warranty

You have a 2-year warranty under Danish law (the Sale of Goods Act) covering defects, faults, or damage present upon receipt.
If you need to make a claim, please contact us with documentation (such as photos), and we will handle the case by repair, replacement, or refund.

Privacy and Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Business Customers

If you purchase as a business customer, the same terms apply except for the right of withdrawal, which does not apply to business purchases.

If you wish to file a complaint about your purchase, please contact us first using the details provided above.
If we cannot resolve the issue together, you may submit a complaint to:

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions, for example due to legal changes. The current version will always be available on our webshop.
